Cookie Policy
How this website uses cookies and how you control them.
This Cookie Policy explains how the True Media Capital website uses cookies and similar technologies. It complements the Privacy Policy.
We group cookies and similar technologies into three categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are loaded by default. Analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded after you actively give consent.
1. Strictly necessary
These cookies and similar storage mechanisms are required for the website to function. They allow basic features such as security, form submissions and remembering your cookie preferences. They cannot be disabled, and they do not require consent under GDPR/ePrivacy because the site cannot work without them.
2. Analytics (optional)
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it (for example, which pages are read most often). They are only loaded if you opt in to the Analytics category.
3. Marketing (optional)
Marketing cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of communications and to show relevant content. They are only loaded if you opt in to the Marketing category.
4. How consent works
On your first visit we show a cookie banner with three clear options: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences. Optional categories are not pre-ticked and no analytics or marketing scripts run before you give consent.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser together with the selected categories, a timestamp and the consent version (tmc-cookie-consent-v1). If we change what we use cookies for, we will update the version and ask again.
5. Withdraw or change your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Use the link (also available in the footer of every page) to reopen the preferences modal, change individual categories or withdraw consent entirely.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, which will reset your choice and show the banner again on your next visit.
